Job Description:

As the Product Leader for our immigration physicals business, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of this key segment. You will lead a cross-functional team of marketing, sales, operations, and healthcare professionals to grow Immigration Physicals across the network of clinics. 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and refine the strategic roadmap for the immigration physicals business segment, across our network of clinics. 
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Define clear objectives, key results (OKRs), and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives.
• Assess the current business model and determine a scalable approach to growing this business. 

Product Development and Innovation:

• Lead the development and enhancement of immigration physicals services, leveraging technology, and best practices to improve profitability and revenue. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
• Champion a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team.

Business Development and Partnerships:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with potential candidates to bring on board to help grow this sector of business. 
• Work strategically to identify Civil Surgeon to join our business across the country. 
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product offerings, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party vendors or service providers to enhance the product offering and improve operational efficiency.

Cross-functional Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support to achieve business objectives.
• Foster collaboration and communication across departments, ensuring alignment and coordination of efforts towards common goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for the immigration physicals business segment, both internally and externally.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Establish regular performance reviews and KPI tracking mechanisms to monitor the success of product initiatives and business outcomes.
• Analyze data and insights to identify areas for optimization, addressing challenges and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.
• Implement agile methodologies and iterative approaches to product development, allowing for rapid experimentation and adaptation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (5 years) in product management, business development, or related roles within the healthcare or immigration services industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and processes related to immigration physicals.
• Demonstrated track record of driving product innovation, business growth, and customer acquisition in a competitive market environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
