The Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving our data analytics initiatives forward across Ally. They are expected to lead analytical projects and be able to extract valuable insights from complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations to drive business success. Work responsibilities will include leading end-to-end data analysis , collaborating with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

We serve as a springboard for cross-enterprise innovation through design thinking and original data-based insights, The teams leverage consumer and customer feedback as we build Ally’s experience ecosystem with seamless 360-degree digital financial solutions. This department helps heighten perception of Ally as a purpose-driven brand through compelling communication. It builds consumer trust and awareness through a holistic thoughtful leadership initiative, helping convert consumers to customers, customers to brand advocates, and employees to grassroots ambassadors.
