Experienced Medical Office Professionals needed to join our growing Patient Care Team!
What you will do:
Verify accurate demographic and insurance information to register and welcome new and existing patients.
Collect co-pays, reconcile payments and assist with scheduling appointments.
Provide superior customer service to ensure flow of services and patient satisfaction..
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have 2 years working in an outpatient setting and be familiar with the insurance verification process.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail as well as demonstrated computer literacy required.
Bi-lingual skills a plus!
