Provides support to attorneys and other legal staff members by performing various legal tasks.
The candidate should be able to start and conclude complex job tasks and prioritize workload.
Tasks may vary and could include legal research, preparing and/or summarizing reports, preparing, or revising agreements, and may be responsible for contract management.
Education & Experience Required:
4-year degree, with a 2-year degree in paralegal studies or a paralegal certificate.
Ability to maintain confidentiality; excellent interpersonal skills; strong communication (oral and written) skills.
Technical Skills
Proficient with Microsoft 360 and basic Microsoft Platforms.
Experience with document management software such as Litera or Nitro Pro helpful.
