Manager of Supply Chain Operations will be responsible for overseeing all end-to-end supply chain operations including service delivery, logistics, vendor management, inventory management, demand planning, and customer service for USA & Canada
This role partners with external suppliers/partners, and internal delivery teams, Finance, Tax, Sourcing, Trade, & Legal organizations to ensure compliance to regulations and cost-efficiency.
The role is critical to optimize company's supply chain to meet customer demands balancing cost efficiency, operational excellence and remains compliant.
Accountable for the performance of the function including supplier performance management and relationship management.
Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products and services to customers and enforce compliance.
Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their continued growth and success.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that optimize customer service, inventory levels, and cost efficiency with primary focus of USA & Canada within Americas region.
Maintain and develop key performance metrics to monitor supply chain performance and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality, reliable supply and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
Developing and implementing supplier risk management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Partner with internal stakeholders, suppliers in overseeing inventory management, develop strategies to optimize, reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
Support internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, delivery and operational teams
Support business excellence teams on sourcing (RFP), negotiation, and contracting with suppliers.

about you
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field required; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management in the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results
Experienced in managing customer operations and deliver with a proven record of crisis management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong negotiation and contracting skills, with experience managing suppliers and driving cost savings initiatives
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, including import/export laws and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance
