We are hiring a temporary full-time Technical Recruiter to lead the recruitment efforts for several roles within software testing within the AMER region. You would report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work with Testlio's Delivery team to build America's Delivery Team. As a Technical Recruiter, you would focus on QA & QE recruitment including pipeline management, lead generation, initial interviews, assessment reviews, candidate management, and support for hiring managers.
We seek to hire individuals who will be excited about their role and have the potential to grow with Testlio. Since we are 100% distributed, it’s important for us to provide you the opportunity to meet with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization.
