Position Highlights:
- Newly Grad are welcome to apply
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts; flexible 4x10 or 5x8 schedule available
- Shift: Days (40 per week)
- Call Requirements:
o Must be able to take calls 2–3 nights per week and every 3rd–4th weekend
o 20-minute response time required
o Team-based structure with equivalent to every other day and every other weekend

Requirements:
- Required Certifications/Licensure:
o Active CST certification (NBSTSA preferred)
o BLS certification (Basic Life Support – AHA or Red Cross)
- Experience:
o Self-starters and candidates with a strong work ethic
o Flexibility with rotating weekends (e.g., Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday off)
o Ability to assist in a variety of surgeries (ortho, general, neuro, OB/GYN)
