As a Store Sales Manager, you’ll guide your clinic toward success by pairing big-picture leadership with hands-on selling. You’ll keep daily operations running smoothly, build a collaborative team, and set the bar for patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Success: Lead by example with your own sales while coaching Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to reach their goals and grow clinic revenue.
- Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee daily scheduling to keep the clinic busy, while making sure staff get proper breaks and patients enjoy a seamless experience.
- Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Track and improve patient satisfaction metrics, ensuring a premium experience from consultation through treatment.
- Optimize Revenue Growth: Monitor CRM initiatives with a focus on cross-sell, upsell, and “win-back” strategies that lift clinic performance.
- Uphold Brand Standards: Make sure the clinic meets ZZ Med Spa’s brand standards, including a clean, welcoming space, a professional and quiet clinical floor, and staff compliance with dress codes.
- Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and front desk staff, and work alongside clinicians, building a positive workplace while holding the team to clear performance expectations.
- Inventory and Equipment Oversight: Manage medical inventory and supplies, and keep aesthetic equipment well maintained so the clinic runs without interruption.
- Foster Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to establish ZZ Med Spa as a valued member of the community.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with our Head of Sales, setter/call center team, marketing, and Operations to align staffing, budgets, and performance goals.
- Promote Team Culture: Lead with compassion and professionalism, inspiring a motivated, unified team that works toward shared objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 years in leadership within high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries, with a proven record in consultative sales and team management.
- Skills: Strong command of Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to guide decisions.
- Leadership: A dynamic leader who enjoys hiring talent, developing teams, and encouraging collaboration between sales and clinical staff.
