About the Role
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic partnerships with cardiology practices, electrophysiology programs, health systems, and integrated delivery networks.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys opening new doors, and has a passion for delivering clinical and economic value to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
* Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within cardiology and electrophysiology practices, hospitals, and health systems.
* Build strong relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinic leadership, and executive stakeholders.
* Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations highlighting Zywie’s ambulatory monitoring solutions.
* Collaborate with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer onboarding and ongoing success.
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM management.
* Represent Zywie at regional and national conferences, industry meetings, and customer events.
* Stay informed on industry trends, reimbursement changes, and competitive activity.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 3 years of successful healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare technology sales experience.
* Cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiovascular, or ambulatory monitoring experience strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and driving territory growth.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience navigating complex healthcare organizations and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
* Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
