Pair Technician

SUMMARY: Founded in 2014, Zywie Healthcare is a cardiac monitoring company. We record and transmit patients’ EKGs through holter monitor, event monitor, & mobile cardiac telemetry monitors. We currently have an opening for a Pair Technician to join our team in Johns Creek, GA. As a Pair Technician you will troubleshoot/repair device settings and hardware for usage by external customers (patients) in an accurate and timely manner. Pair Technicians are responsible for tracking and managing inventory based on various attributes. In this role you will have the opportunity to be innovative and drive process improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure devices and maintain/refresh device settings and apps
- Test devices for functionality to ensure flawless performance
- Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
- Sorts materials and devices on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
- Picks, packs, and ships materials and products.
- Processes all packages for shipping; processes returned merchandise.
- Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
- Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
- Participates in quality improvement efforts.
- Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One to two years of experience working with mobile devices and Android technology
- Familiarity with Remoting Tools (Zoho Assist, Team Viewer, GoToMyPC, etc.)
- Prior experience with IoT devices and mobile communication devices using MDM’s
- Basic Knowledge of IMEIs, ICCID, LTE/4G, GSM/CDMA
- Understanding and comfortability with Android devices including updates
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
