This individual will work closely with site leadership and team members to strengthen safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, lead training initiatives, track EH&S performance metrics, and support incident response and reporting. Requirements:
- EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of facilitating a successful EH&S program
- Ability to present and train team members
- Must be proactive, enthusiastic, and demonstrate effective leadership skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong teams
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office software
Expected Salary: 67-80K bonus depending on experience.
