Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CADC/LADC/LCSW to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality SUD services to clients in a supportive and therapeutic environment. This role involves working with individuals and groups to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions. The Clinician will play a crucial role in promoting recovery and wellness, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their substance use treatment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
- Provide support and structure using the Therapeutic Community model
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Manage crisis situations effectively, employing crisis management strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
Skills
- Experience with Individual and Group Counseling, demonstrating the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Excellent crisis management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
