We are looking to hire experienced Prep-Line Cooks who are passionate about great food and local ingredients. You will be responsible for executing dishes with consistency and care, help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and work closely with the team to create an outstanding dining experience. This role is a part time position with potential to grow for the right candidate.
Qualifications
· Proven prep & line cook experience (breakfast experience a plus)
· Strong knife skills and kitchen fundamentals
· Passion for local, seasonal ingredients
· Dependable, team-focused, and eager to learn - weekend availability is required.
