Job Summary
Manages multiple decontamination projects using Zyme-Flow in refinery process units and other industrial settings. Supervises field staff to ensure compliance with project, scope, and is primary point of contact for client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Procedure, Planning Reviews, and onsite support project management
- Train and Coach Team Members
- Drive Procedure Execution and Safety
- Schedule and Job status update
- Lead JSA and Toolbox meetings.
- Shift Handover Lead
- Lead Execution on Multiple Units
- Support mechanical equipment installation to include removal as needed.
- Support PM on Time sheets for all personnel on job as needed.
- Post Job Report write up (Team Effort)
- Support Project Specialist on Job log update.
- Ensure Job book is reviewed, ready and brought onsite.
- Support Project Specialist and Field Operators in execution.
- Manage Travel Request Team excluding Project Manager
- Assists with various other job site functions as instructed.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience in refinery operations.
- Knowledge and experience in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Visio.
- Understand and ability to read P&IDs and other Schematics
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding and reading Schedules (P-6 and MS Project)
Physical Requirements:
- Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to place pumps into position in barrels. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting to 50 lbs. overhead with both hands during pump placement.
- Work is generally performed in oil/chemical refinery or pipelines and tank terminals.

Work Environment:
- Frequent exposure to dust (chemical and environmental), fumes (chemical and fluids), exhausts and highly pressurized fluids. (Respiratory protective equipment will be provided when required).
- Occasional work under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95 degree Fahrenheit, 98% humidity; and sub-zero weather conditions) relative to geographic location.
- The noise level in the work environment is often in excess of 85dBa.
