Overview
Zwirner Equipment is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our family. We are a small family-owned business with less than 25 employees, but offer all major holidays, vacation and PTO time as well as full health and dental insurance packages available, a bonus program and birthdays off. We have a company sponsored lunch every month for all employees to enjoy, all at pay that is very competitive for middle TN.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines
- Review drawings, instructions and blueprints
- Taking precise measurements
- Using a caliper
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Able to stand and bend for 8 hours
- Able to work independently or with a team
- Must be able to keep and make good, accurate drawings
- Must be familiar with all hand tools
- Must be able to cut threads
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Must have strong attendance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
