Objective:
ZWILLING is looking for a part time Retail Keyholder to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate should be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player, with a strong focus on customer service, leading by example, and a culinary passion!
What You'll Do
As a Retail Keyholder, you'll help create an outstanding shopping experience while supporting store leadership through:
- Providing shift leadership and serving as a trusted floor leader
- Opening and closing the store, including POS and asset management responsibilities
- Partnering with store management to support daily business operations
- Processing replenishment efficiently to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Delivering exceptional customer service that drives sales and brand loyalty
- Maintaining compelling visual merchandising and product presentation standards
- Conducting engaging product demonstrations and in-store experiences
- Assisting with special events and collaborating with the Events Manager to bring the brand to life

Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for cooking, food, and premium kitchen products
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dedication to exceptional customer service and continuous improvement
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, professional attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and safely use a ladder
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available at this time
