Role Description This is a full-time (or part-time), 100% remote Insurance Producer role based in the Cincinnati, OH metropolitan area. The Insurance Producer will engage prospective and existing clients, assess their personal insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage options across auto, home, and ancillary personal lines. Responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting coverage reviews, preparing quotes, and closing sales in a consultative, education-focused manner. The Insurance Producer will maintain accurate records in the agency management system, follow up on renewals, and support agency growth through community outreach, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain complex coverage options in clear, accessible language.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Current or eligible state Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe).
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or agency management systems; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to manage a pipeline, meet production targets, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in insurance or sales is a plus.
