We are expanding! We are seeking a dynamic Research Project Manager to join our team in New Jersey, USA. This key role will be pivotal in supporting our international preclinical R&D operations and client collaboration, driving the success of our projects to reinforce our position as a top-tier preclinical CRO.
Role OverviewIn this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering high-quality, compliant preclinical research. Success is defined by enabling successful IND applications, ensuring seamless project execution, and aligning with our mission to provide one-stop preclinical R&D services that empower global innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Liaise closely with domestic and international clients, defining project scopes, solving complex problems, and providing clear progress updates.
- Manage cross-functional resources and coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Compile and review regulatory-grade documents to ensure full compliance with FDA, NMPA, and ICH guidelines, supporting IND and Sino-US dual filing requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, Project Management, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the CRO or preclinical pharmaceutical industry. Experience with IND enabling studies and Sino-US dual filing is highly preferred.
- Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of GLP, FDA, NMPA, and ICH regulations; proficient in preparing CTD/e-CTD submission materials.
- Language & Skills: Fluent in English (working language); other languages are also acceptable. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
