About the Role:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating seamless and engaging customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 8 - 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years focused on UI/UX design. You will work closely with business and product teams to translate customer needs into intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design modern, user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer experience
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and customer expectations
Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement
Work alongside development teams to implement designs using React JS, HTML, and CSS
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
Proficiency in Figma and React JS
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders
