Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and product teams to define and deliver solutions.
Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional documentation.
Ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to work closely with technical teams for solution delivery.
Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
