Zushi Sushi and Ramen is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Host / Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with seating and takeout orders.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with basic questions.
- Pack takeout and online orders accurately, ensuring all food items, sauces, utensils, and condiments are included.
- Double-check orders for accuracy and presentation before handing them to customers or delivery drivers.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to ensure smooth order pickup.
- Keep the front counter, waiting area, and packing station clean and organized.
- Assist with general restaurant duties as needed.
- Follow restaurant procedures and maintain good customer service standards.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, responsible, and dependable.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.
