The pay range shown is a national average and may vary by location. The proposed salary range for this position is $110,220.00 - $180,510.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.

Responsibilities:
- Leading technology projects in Premium Audit in an agile development environment.
- Working with premium audit on applications development, maintenance, and enhancements
- Support of changes to technology in an agile environment
- Front-end product management lifecycle including business system analysis & systems data flow
- Liaison between the business and technology – business partner consulting on technology, requirements gathering and validation, and working with various technology teams.
- Work directly with any technology team, solve issues and problems, and provide business knowledge and expertise.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Communications or Project Management area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Communications or Project Management area AND
- Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration
- Scrum Master experience in Agile setting
- Knowledge of Agile development frameworks in large-scale Scrum
- Experience working with project management tools; such as Jira
- Knowledge of commercial insurance, particularly workers compensation, commercial auto, and general liability
- Strong background in an agile environment and leading an agile development team
- Previous experience with business analysis and being a liaison between the business and technology teams
- Experience with high level data management (mapping, querying, reporting)
- Project Management Professional Certification
- In-depth, strong problem-solving analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
