About the Role on the ZRS Quality and Compliance Team:
- Analyze data from Power BI dashboards and pivot tables to identify trends, segment performance, and potential training opportunities.
- Create engaging and informative decks that translate complex data findings into actionable insights for team discussions and leadership review.
- Participate in building and improving internal workflows while performing essential administrative tasks to streamline daily team operations.
- Manually audit certifications to ensure compliance, and partner with project operations on data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze data, identify root causes of challenges, and develop actionable recommendations that drive quality and compliance improvements across ZRS initiatives.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program in the fall semester following the internship
- Must be a rising junior or rising senior at the time of the internship
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 (current GPA reported by your school)
- Demonstrates problem solving skills in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Self-motivated, punctual, professional and able to work independently
