To strengthen our Business Fulfillment team, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional who will be primarily responsible for order management and the execution of all export-related tasks. Serving customers around the world, you will work closely with our Production and our Technical Sales teams to bring our industry-leading products to the academic and industrial markets.
\n- Receive, review, and process domestic and international customer orders.
- Prepare and manage export documents.
- Ensure compliance with international export laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for international customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers regarding shipping/transportation.
- KV-degree, or BSc in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Solid experience in order processing, export and customs administration (big plus if in an industrial context).
- Full professional proficiency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous (e.g. French).
- Team player with proactive attitude.
- High attention to detail, autonomy and problem-solving skills are a must for this position.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for high-quality customer interaction, good organizational skills with a good sense of prioritization and high attention to detail.
- Excel skills, CRM and ERP tools a plus
