This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travelers worldwide. Established in 1982 we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travelers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans. Travel Guard became part of Zurich Cover-More in December 2024.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll run and provide internal reports using Excel as requested.
You’ll have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of Underwriting or business-related experience.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll run and provide internal reports using Excel as requested.
- You’ll assist with month end tasks, confirming numbers and reviewing reports.
- You’ll complete offboarding account requests.
- You’ll offer recommendations within your team and collaborate with other internal departments we support.
- You’ll complete contract renewals and policy exception requests.
- You’ll update tracking logs and enter/update account information into company database.
You’ll have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of Underwriting or business-related experience.
- You’ll possess an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- You’ll possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You’ll demonstrate the ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.
