Your Summer Internship at Zurich Cover-More
Our Summer Internship Program is designed to give curious and motivated students hands-on experience in the travel insurance and assistance industry – and an inside look at how a global business operates.
You’ll spend 8–12 weeks embedded in our Human Resources & Integration teams working on real projects that contribute to our business. You’ll be supported by a dedicated manager and team, receive ongoing coaching and development, and have the chance to present your work to senior leaders at the end of your placement.
Join us in supporting a global HR transformation project, where you’ll help unify global teams and employees onto a single HR platform while contributing to system setup, testing, reporting, change management, communications, and policy development—gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a values-driven organization committed to helping people travel more confidently.
As part of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to build your personal brand and expand your professional network on LinkedIn through structured content and storytelling initiatives. You’ll develop skills in professional communication and engagement while creating meaningful content to showcase your experience and support future career opportunities.

The hourly rate for this role is $21.50 – $24.00 per hour. This is the range Zurich Cover-More in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.

What are we looking for?

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (we welcome applicants from all disciplines, though backgrounds in business, human resources or organizational development may be particularly relevant)
- Interested in HR transformation, employee experience, and how organizations evolve and scale
- Interested in supporting projects such as system implementation, process improvement, and change management
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communicators with an ability to work well in a team
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills
