Your Summer Internship at Zurich Cover-More
Our Summer Internship Program is designed to give curious and motivated students hands-on experience in the travel insurance and assistance industry – and an inside look at how a global business operates.
You’ll spend 8–12 weeks embedded in our Global Business and Operations Technology team, working on real projects that contribute to our business. You’ll be supported by a dedicated manager and team, receive ongoing coaching and development, and have the chance to present your work to senior leaders at the end of your placement.
Whether you are assisting with the PCI attestation and controls documentation or assisting with the RocketDocs projects, your time with us will provide practical experience, mentorship, and meaningful exposure to a values-driven organization committed to helping people travel more confidently.
As part of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to build your personal brand and expand your professional network on LinkedIn through structured content and storytelling initiatives. You’ll develop skills in professional communication and engagement while creating meaningful content to showcase your experience and support future career opportunities.

- Undergraduate students entering their junior or senior year are encouraged to apply. All majors are welcome, though coursework or experience in business, technology, project management, or data/analytics may be especially relevant.
