Job Title: SDET QA Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX (Hybrid) (W2 Only)
Required Skills: Java and Selenium
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver
Build and maintain automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit, Page Object Model, BDD if applicable)
Execute functional, regression, and integration test suites
Collaborate with developers to identify, debug, and resolve defects
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
Perform API testing using tools like RestAssured or Postman
Analyze test results and generate detailed reports
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
Required Skills:
Strong programming experience in Java
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
Experience with test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit
Knowledge of API automation (RestAssured preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong debugging and analytical skills
