Duties

- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS (Point of Sale) operations such as Aloha POS or Micros POS systems with precision
- Maintain knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently
