As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while supporting store operations during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing change as needed.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible to customers.
• Supervise and guide new team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience with supervising or training staff is a plus.
• Familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques is advantageous.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
