Clinical Nurse Supervisor
The Clinical Nurse Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional resident care and supporting a positive, team-focused environment. This position provides oversight of daily nursing operations, staff leadership, resident care coordination, and regulatory compliance while promoting dignity, compassion, and quality of life for every resident.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support direct care staff to ensure high-quality resident care and services.
- Partner with the Licensed Assisted Living Director to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, staffing plans, and daily schedules.
- Participate in resident admissions, assessments, care planning, and discharge coordination.
- Ensure individualized service plans are followed and updated as needed.
- Monitor resident care, medication management, incident reporting, and infection prevention efforts.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, kindness, and respect.
- Provide coaching, onboarding, training, and ongoing support to nursing staff.
- Participate in meetings and committees to continuously improve resident services and care outcomes.
- Help resolve concerns and conduct investigations when needed to support resident safety and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Current, active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum one year of experience in geriatric nursing, rehabilitation nursing, long-term care, hospital, or related healthcare setting.
- Home health care and/or assisted living experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems and office technology.

Compensation: $37.80 to $43.47 per hour (exempt position)
