What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - Evening/Overnight Shift position at ZUMBRO VALLEY HEALTH CENTER INC?
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care to clients in withdrawal management and detoxification. As a nurse in one of our 24-hour facilities you will care and support clients with substance use disorder.
Evening and Overnight shifts available. New graduates welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessment of health status on individual upon admission and discharge.
- Accurately chart all medications, physical, emotional, and mental status.
- Evaluate appropriate referral sources for client upon discharge.
- Participate in the development and modification of a plan of care.
- Implement physician order's .
- Preform general nursing procedures and care to clients.
- Provide oversight to clients in withdrawal regimens or clients with monitored sobriety.
- Make behavioral observations of clients and potential clients.
Qualifications:
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor's degree of Nursing required.
- Active Registered Nurse license by the State of Minnesota.
- Three years of mental health nursing experience preferred.

Pay: $33.74 - $42.17 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience.
