We are a growing beverage manufacturing company seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of our production and packaging equipment. - Day Shift: Monday–Friday
- No weekends (unless business requirements call for occasional overtime)

What You'll Do:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
- Set up and adjust equipment for various product sizes and production runs
- Assist with line changeovers and equipment optimization.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with production personnel to ensure efficient plant operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with beverage, food, or packaging equipment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of packaging equipment (fillers, seamers, conveyors, labelers, palletizers, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience performing changeovers and equipment adjustments for different product sizes and packaging formats.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on minimizing downtime.
- Ability to work safely while following all GMP, food safety, and company policies.
