Certified School Bus Driver Incentives*:

Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any issues
- Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
- Create a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers’ safety
Requirements:
Certified Applicants:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsement and current IL School Bus Driver Permit
- Three years of CDL experience and clean driving record
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
Non-Certified Applicants:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license for three years and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a CDL with S and P endorsements and IL School Bus Driver Permit- Training Provided
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
