Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator supports production teams, leadership and cross-functional partners, with daily organization and distribution of workload. This role assesses, assigns and forecasts workload to ensure that production timelines are met. The Production Coordinator confidently communicates cross- functionally on workload capacity, established priorities and escalated issues.
What you’ll do:
Monitoring daily event requests that come through the system. Scheduling production team to ensure that all requests are supported. Tracking and reporting on the workflow volumes and whether workload will be accomplished
Providing daily projected production goals by role type
Analyzing workflow and making decisions in accordance with Creative goals and capacity
Reviewing and creating workflow reports, and working on additional projects as needed
Scheduling production employees to meet workflow volumes and maximizing efficiencies (set
schedules, attendance call-out coverage). Creation of staffing game plans and moving team
among departments as necessary
A liaison with our Merchandising, Brand and Creative teams. Consistent negotiation with the
teams to ensure that customer needs are met as well as business productivity
Managing workload submitted by cross-functional teams
Working with other Studio Coordinators to ensure that all daily needs are met
Partnering with third parties and studio leadership to make sure all business-critical initiatives
are achieved
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
1 to 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment (retail, service or production
preferred)
Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Being self-driven, eager to learn and goal-oriented with strong time-management skills
Calmness under pressure, with the ability to excel and thrive in a high-volume environment
Proactive problem-solver
Strong attention to detail and organization
