Job Description:
As a Sushi Chef at Zukku-san, you will play a pivotal role in creating exquisite sushi dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Craft a wide variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, with precision and artistry.
Ensure each sushi dish meets our exacting standards for taste, texture, and visual appeal.
Manage and maintain the freshness and quality of sushi ingredients used in the kitchen.
Enforce rigorous sanitation and food safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized sushi station.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a sushi chef or in a similar setting.
Having your own knives is a plus but not required.
In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, fish handling, and Asian cuisine.
Exceptional knife skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Rate: $17.00 - 19.00 tips
