Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position based in Las Vegas, NV. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruitment strategies, posting job openings, conducting candidate interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate records. Additionally, the Recruiter will help foster a positive candidate experience and represent zTrip's values throughout the hiring process.
