- Perform preventative maintenance including oil changes, tire services, brake inspections, and fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Replace worn or damaged components such as belts, hoses, filters, suspension, and braking parts
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure vehicles meet compliance and reliability standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Keep the shop organized, clean, and safety-focused
- Collaborate with team members to minimize vehicle downtime
- Previous experience as an automotive or fleet technician (fleet experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of diagnostics, repair procedures, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and shop equipment
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, motivated, and professional work ethic
