We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fleet Technician to join our maintenance team and help maintain the performance, reliability, and safety of our growing fleet.

What You'll Do as a Fleet Technician:

As a Fleet Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our vehicles operating at their best while minimizing downtime and supporting daily transportation operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on fleet vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues
• Complete vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Troubleshoot maintenance concerns and implement effective repair solutions
• Maintain accurate repair orders, service records, and maintenance documentation
• Identify potential vehicle issues and address them before major repairs are needed
• Work closely with fellow technicians and operations personnel to maintain fleet readiness
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking for as a Fleet Technician:

• Previous experience as a Fleet Technician, Automotive Technician, Auto Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or similar maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and preventative maintenance practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license required
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
