Key Responsibilities of a VP:
As Vice President of Operations, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership across all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability
- Drive operational excellence through performance management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, including staff and independent contractor drivers
- Oversee fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization, reliability, and maintenance standards
- Champion safety, compliance, and training initiatives in alignment with regulatory and company requirements
- Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and market expansion initiatives

Qualifications of a VP:
