What You'll Do as a Sales Development Coordinator:

Sales Support & Business Growth

• Identify and engage prospective business partners and clients to support growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare facilities, schools, hotels, and community organizations
• Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities using CRM platforms
• Coordinate sales appointments, presentations, and outreach campaigns
• Assist in developing strategies to increase ridership and expand market presence
• Support lead generation efforts and help convert opportunities into long-term partnerships

Community Outreach & Networking

• Represent zTrip at networking events, trade shows, community functions, and business gatherings
• Build relationships with local leaders, decision-makers, and community stakeholders
• Participate in Chamber of Commerce meetings and other professional organizations
• Increase awareness of zTrip's transportation services throughout the community
• Serve as a positive and professional ambassador for the zTrip brand

Marketing & Promotional Support

• Assist with local marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
• Support community outreach programs and public awareness efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote transportation services and special programs
• Contribute fresh ideas to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition
• Help strengthen communications with customers, partners, and community organizations

Team Collaboration & Project Support

• Work closely with leadership to support sales and growth objectives
• Partner with operations and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience
• Assist with special projects related to business development and community engagement
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, service delivery, and operational effectiveness

Qualifications of a Sales Development Coordinator:

• Experience in sales support, business development, account management, marketing, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking capabilities
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Comfortable interacting with business professionals, community partners, and prospective clients
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
