zTrip — North America’s largest taxi transportation provider — is seeking an Operations & Fleet Dispatcher to ensure smooth, efficient, and responsive evening operations. In this position, you’ll oversee real-time fleet activity, assign and optimize driver routes, and act as a central link between drivers and the operations team.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining accuracy. This is an evening position and requires consistent availability during scheduled hours.
What You’ll Do as a PM Dispatch / Admin:
- Coordinate and route drivers according to demand, scheduling, and availability to ensure efficient service coverage
- Track active trips and quickly address any service or logistical issues as they arise in real time
- Relay route updates and operational instructions to drivers clearly and effectively
- Keep accurate, up-to-date dispatch and routing records
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to maintain quality and efficiency
- Assist with customer service requests and billing
What You’ll Bring as a PM Dispatcher / Admin:
- Experience in dispatching, routing, logistics, or fleet operations (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Composure and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions quickly with limited information
- Clear and timely communication is essential in this role
- Familiarity with dispatch or fleet management software (a plus)
- A valid driver’s license
