We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Driver Growth Recruiter to join our Albuquerque team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting drivers as they begin and grow successful careers within our transportation network.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coaching others, and helping people reach their full potential. You'll play a vital role in growing our driver network while ensuring new drivers have the guidance, resources, and support they need to thrive from day one.

What You'll Do as a Driver Growth Recruiter

Driver Recruitment & Outreach

• Identify, attract, and engage qualified driver candidates
• Build strong relationships through networking, referrals, and community outreach efforts
• Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and hiring initiatives
• Promote driving opportunities within the local market
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective drivers

Onboarding & Driver Development

• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding activities
• Assist drivers with required documentation and onboarding requirements
• Serve as a trusted mentor and resource for new drivers
• Provide coaching, encouragement, and support to help drivers achieve success

Driver Engagement & Retention

• Build and maintain positive relationships with active drivers
• Provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the driver lifecycle
• Help improve driver satisfaction, engagement, and retention
• Foster a welcoming, positive, and driver-focused culture
• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall driver experience

Reporting & Team Collaboration

• Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and retention records
• Track key performance metrics related to hiring and driver engagement
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership
• Collaborate with internal departments to support driver success initiatives
• Assist with projects focused on driver growth and retention

Qualifications of a Driver Growth Recruiter:

• Experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, coaching, mentoring, training, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude

Salary : $62,000 - $65,000
