What You’ll Do as a Metro Driver:- Safely transport passengers to destinations throughout the city
- Maintain timely pick-ups and drop-offs while following safety procedures
- Assist passengers with mobility devices, walkers, and boarding assistance when needed
- Provide dependable door-to-door transportation service
- Deliver friendly, professional, and courteous customer service on every trip
- Valid Arkansas driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and interact professionally with passengers
- Starting pay of $16.75 per hour
