Our Little Rock team is hiring a skilled and dependable Accounting & Cash Administrator to take ownership of critical financial functions and support day-to-day operational excellence.
The Role: This is more than just a cashier or admin role — we’re looking for someone with a strong accounting foundation who can own the integrity of our daily financial operations. From reconciling accounts to reviewing P&L trends, this person will be a vital financial resource within our Little Rock location, supporting both front-line operations and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile daily driver payments, deposits, and receipts
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and journal entries
- Monitor, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions
- Maintain and update accounting ledgers and sub-ledgers
- Support monthly close procedures including accruals, reconciliations, and P&L review
- Assist with tracking and analyzing location-specific financial performance
- Support weekly payroll and driver settlement cycles
- Ensure accurate inventory of fare cards, tablets, and equipment
- Process AP/AR transactions and support vendor communications
- Prepare reports for corporate accounting and assist with internal audits
- Support compliance with internal financial controls and corporate policies
- Provide general office administration and backup as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2 years of hands-on accounting experience (GL, journal entries, reconciliations)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a plus)
- Experience with QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software
- Understanding of P&L statements and financial reporting best practices
- High level of integrity in handling cash and sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly with team members
