Available Shifts
Full-Time
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – Last Flight
Part-Time
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – Last Flight
Key Responsibilities of a Airport Ground Transportation Coordinator:
As an Airport Ground Transportation Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome arriving passengers with a professional and approachable attitude
- Direct travelers to appropriate ground transportation services
- Assist with organizing passenger queues and driver coordination
- Provide clear information about zTrip services and travel options
- Answer general questions and offer guidance throughout the pickup area
- Support passengers with accessibility needs to ensure a smooth experience
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Communicate with drivers and dispatch teams to maintain efficient flow
- Represent zTrip as a knowledgeable and reliable airport presence
