As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Operations & Customer Success Manager to join our Galveston team and play a key role in enhancing both service quality and daily operations.

What You’ll Do:
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Lead initiatives to improve the overall customer experience through direct engagement and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet and exceed expectations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Team Leadership & Driver Engagement
- Collaborate with support staff and independent contractor drivers to strengthen recruiting and retention
- Promote clear, consistent communication across teams and with customers
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Operations & Fleet Oversight
- Manage vehicle maintenance planning to ensure fleet readiness and efficiency
- Implement onboarding and safety programs that meet company and regulatory standards
- Monitor daily operations to ensure consistent service delivery
Performance & Business Management
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Partner with the General Manager to track progress, identify opportunities, and implement improvements
- Ensure operational goals related to service, safety, and financial performance are achieved
- Support contract renewals with operational insights and reporting
- Enforce company policies and assist with employee relations initiatives
