Transportation Dispatcher – Keep zTrip Moving Efficiently

We’re looking for a Transportation Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. In this key role, you’ll coordinate daily dispatch activities, assign drivers, and ensure smooth, real-time communication between drivers and internal teams—keeping our fleet running at peak performance.
What You’ll Do as a Transportation Dispatcher:
- Dispatch drivers based on availability, location, and customer demand
- Monitor fleet operations and respond to service issues as they arise
- Communicate trip details, route changes, and updates clearly to drivers
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and vehicle assignments
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to support efficiency
- Assist in resolving unexpected disruptions or emergencies quickly and professionally
What You Bring as a Transportation Dispatcher:
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or fleet operations (preferred)
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatch or routing software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
