Key Responsibilities of a Transportation Cashier/Admin:
- Assist drivers with balance inquiries and payment questions
- Process daily receipts, vouchers, and payments
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balance daily activities
- Update driver information and vouchers in our system
- Prepare and organize documents for billing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Handle additional administrative duties as needed
- Keeping existing data up-to-date and accurate
- Strong knowledge of admin work such as scanning, filing, faxing, data entry
- Comfortable with answering calls and being a back up for dispatch.
What We’re Looking for as a Transportation Cashier/Admin:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to internal systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
