We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Fleet Operations to lead our Austin operation, with full accountability for fleet performance, operational execution, financial outcomes, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities of a Vice President of Fleet Operations:
- Oversee all fleet and operational activities for the Austin market
- Maintain full ownership of P&L performance and financial results
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop employees and independent contractors
- Ensure fleet readiness through preventive maintenance, asset management, and operational efficiency
- Drive safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, city officials, and community partners
- Leverage KPIs, data, and performance metrics to guide decisions and continuous improvement
- Develop and manage the annual operating budget with a strong focus on cost control and optimization

Qualifications of a Vice President of Fleet Operations:
